Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of order receipt.

Conditions The item must be in the same condition as received: unwashed, unworn, with the original tag still attached. We do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

How to initiate a return Access the returns portal here or write to us at commerciale@infolabase.com. We will send you instructions within 24 business hours.

Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. An amount of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund to cover return expenses.

Refunds Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges We do not handle direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please make a return and place a new order.
